Hey there, my name is Karl and this is my new blog about sports and recreation. Throughout my entire life, sports and recreation have helped me to cope. At school, it was a great way to let off a little steam after a day of classes. When I started my career working in banking, being able to hit the squash court or go for a swim after work was a great way to de-stress. I have also realised that keeping active and engaged in recreational sports helps me to avoid heavy drinking and smoking so I feel fit and healthy all the time. I started this blog to encourage others to get involved.
